Support
The organisational committee will receive support, assistance and advice from the executive committee on any matter upon request.
Communication
All communication between the conference organizers must take place on the committee mailing list run by the Open Source Developers' Club. At least one member of the executive committee will also be on that list.
We strongly encourage one of the conference organizers to become an exec committee member, becoming a liaison officer between the two groups.
Financial Records
Detailed records must be kept regarding the financials of the conference. This includes:
- Keeping a finance spreadsheet (hosting template available) up to date and available to the Exec
- Keeping electronic copies of all receipts and invoices related to expenses and income for acompanhantes sp
The spreadsheet template includes a sample that identifies some common mistakes.
